Broker!

Well I passed the test and now barring any unforeseen problem with a background check I will shortly be a licensed California Real Estate Broker. What does this mean, well it means I don't have to hang my hat with anyone else. Salespeople have to hang their licenses with a broker, so being a broker I can go anywhere without having to worry about an employer holding my license! It also increase my value to the company as I am the Broker. I can also sign up to look at houses on the MLS system - lots of fun. And technically I could participate in the buying/selling of real estate though I have absolutely no intention of doing so.
