A small vehicle accident on the 880Blog

I picked up my thinkpad x40 this evening ready for a bit of blogging, I have several ideas for posts I want to work on. So I turn on the x40 and there's a terrible monotous sound of the disk drive not going anywhere, Windows XP frozen on the screen. Things didn't really get any better after that. I spent some time trying to figure out the IBM recovery system to no avail and ran some diagnostics. It's too late now and I'm sleepy I'll have to call tech support tomorrow. There won't be a lot of blogging going on until it gets fixed. You'll just have to hold your collective breaths until I'm up and running again.
