Survivor - what can we learn?

Last night on Survivor, the doorman from New Jersey Judd was blindsided by his tribemates, turned around and denounced them all as SCUMBAGS! Did this come about because he was too strong, not well liked, not trustworthy, too much in control, overconfident? On the TV show someone has to be voted off each week until only one is left, not something you see in regular life. However, Survivor is a game of teams and strategy. So how come in all these years I haven't yet seen a book - Survivor: Strategies From Reality TV For The Real World. Can we learn something from these teams? Can we learn how not to be blindsided? Is there a leeson in there somewhere on how surprising someone affects the rest of the team? Can the Survivors shed some light on how to build a strong team, and how easily that team can fall apart? Do teams in business show tendencies seen on the latest season of the TV show? Is reality TV starting to affect the real world? Or is Survivor just a TV show there to amuse and entertain and provide sheer joy every Thursday night?
