Good Living

It's so enjoyable to live in a place where the management team actually does a good job. They are nice people, personable and friendly. They throw a good party now and then, they never forget the chocolates on Valentines day, but most importantly they fix things. I went in this morning to complain about my window upon which the casing separates from the glass, they reglued it last year but the fix was never completely satisfying. Today when I got home - a completely new window was in place with a completely different and better locking mechanism to seal out the noise and cold. A property manager who gets things fixed - that's what good living is.
