How Rude

The thing about Survivor is with some variation in activities you pretty much know what you're going to get. A few minutes of camp footage, a reward challenge, more camp and reward time, an immunity challenge, more camp footage, immunity vote, the decision is final, somebody brings Jeff his torch and says a few words - end of episode. But not tonight. Tonight they threw in a twist and not in a good way. Down to the final four, it's a tie between Cirie and Danielle. They have to complete a fire challenge to see who goes to the jury and who stays. The challenge is explained - build a fire that burns through a rope which raises a flag on Jeff's mark GO. Then those horrible three words creep onto the screen - To Be Continued. What is going on? This is Survivor of course it's continued they don't need to tell me that. Where's my weekly satisfaction of watching someone voted off? This isn't how it's supposed to work. What will the water cooler talk be like, no debating the merits of the one voted off versus the ones surving? What are you thinking Mr. Burnett you can't just mess with people's lives like this. It's wrong, very wrong.
